That's one hell of a leap of faith. I've no doubt you'll be successful if and when you choose to make that jump, but I certainly don't envy the process you'll have to endure in making that decision. And a timely one. I myself have been a...Great post. And a timely one. I myself have been agonizing over the jump to operating for years. The responsibilities of children and mortgages have also kept me from making the leap. I also have the choice between the level of work I do in my current position vs starting over again doing C camera on low budget tv. I think that's the toughest move.
